Platform Overview and Business Context

Keyideas Infotech is a long-established IT consulting and software services company founded in 2007. The company delivers end-to-end digital services including software development, UI UX, e-commerce, mobile applications, product engineering, and digital experience design across multiple industries such as healthcare, jewelry, enterprise systems, fintech, real estate, and e-commerce.

For Keyideas, the website functions as a primary growth channel. It is not a brochure site but a large-scale business platform designed to attract organic traffic, communicate service depth, and convert visitors into qualified leads. Over time, the platform expanded to nearly 800–900 pages, making scalability, consistency, and discoverability critical UX challenges.

My Role and Scope

I worked as a full-time UX Designer at Keyideas for nearly three years. My responsibility extended beyond individual page design into long-term UX ownership of the website. I independently designed and redesigned core business pages including the homepage, about page, social impact page, and multiple high-traffic service and industry pages.

In parallel, I led UI UX direction across a large set of redesign initiatives, contributing to well over a hundred pages within the broader platform. My role involved research, information architecture, layout systems, UI design, design handoff to development teams, and post-implementation QA to ensure consistency and performance across releases.

Designing for Scale and System Consistency

One of the central challenges of this project was scale. Designing for a platform with hundreds of interconnected pages required thinking beyond isolated screens. The focus was on creating repeatable layout systems, predictable hierarchy, and flexible content structures that could scale without introducing visual or UX inconsistency.

Each page needed to communicate clarity quickly while fitting into a larger ecosystem of services, industries, and solutions. Design decisions prioritized modularity, allowing new pages to be launched faster while maintaining alignment with existing patterns. This approach reduced UX debt and enabled the platform to grow without sacrificing usability.

SEO and Conversion Focused Design

The website redesign was tightly aligned with organic growth goals. UX decisions were informed by SEO considerations without compromising clarity or user experience. Page structures were designed to support keyword visibility, clear content hierarchy, and intuitive internal navigation.

Service pages were structured to guide users from high-level discovery to deeper solution exploration, with strategic placement of CTAs to support lead generation. Navigation depth and internal linking were carefully considered to ensure users and search engines could move through the platform efficiently.

Responsive and Cross Device Experience

Although the platform primarily targets B2B desktop users, responsive behavior played a critical role in discovery and conversion. Layouts were optimized to maintain clarity across screen sizes, ensuring that content hierarchy, CTAs, and navigation remained usable on mobile and tablet devices.

Responsive UX decisions focused on reducing friction, maintaining readability, and supporting inquiry actions regardless of device, particularly for first-time visitors arriving through organic search.

Designing a Sustainable Growth Platform

The redesigned experience helped Keyideas establish a clearer service narrative, improve content discoverability, and support long-term organic growth. By focusing on scalable UX systems rather than isolated redesigns, the platform became easier to maintain, faster to expand, and more effective as a lead generation channel.

This project demonstrates my ability to design for complexity, manage large-scale information systems, and lead UX decisions that align business goals with long-term usability and growth.
